CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule an appointment, this can be done online or by contacting the studio directly. Enchanted Skin Studio requires a 48 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. The same cancellation policy applies if you are more then 10 minutes late to an appointment and have not contacted the studio. If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a fee could apply. In the case of a no call no show, 100% of the service will be charged and a deposit will need to be paid prior to any future appointments at Enchanted Skin Studio. As the owner and founder, I bring over eight years of experience in holistic esthetics, blending intuitive care with innovative techniques to help you rediscover the magic of your skin. I specialize in intuitive skin healing, focusing on acne, pigmentation, and graceful aging. Every treatment I offer is thoughtfully curated My approach goes beyond the surface, it’s about nourishing your skin and your confidence from the inside out. I’m married to my real life Mr. Enchanted, and when I’m not creating dreamy skin rituals, you’ll find me lost in a fantasy novel, sipping on matcha, and snuggling with my four magical little kitties.

Tanzy is a Licensed Esthetician with a unique background, having spent the past six years leading enterprise teams. Her experience in listening to her team taught her the importance of making others feel heard—a quality she now brings to Enchanted. She loves working with a diverse range of clientele, understanding that each individual has unique needs and goals. Tanzy is committed to providing treatments that are not only relaxing but also deliver lasting results!

Hello, beauty queens! I’m Haley, a licensed esthetician at Enchanted—and I’m so excited to be here! Skincare has always been a passion of mine. From a young age, I was the one mixing up face masks at home and pampering my little sister with DIY spa days. I’ve always loved learning about skin and finding ways to help it glow. But everything truly clicked the day I had my first professional facial (with Sarah). It was like two worlds colliding—my childhood love for skincare and the realization that this could be my career. She made me feel so confident, cared for, and informed, and I knew right then that I wanted to give that same experience to others. Now, after esthetician school and lots of learning, I’m thrilled to help others feel radiant in their skin and confident in themselves. I can’t wait to be part of your skincare journey!
